DTH drilling can be performed in almost any rock drill-ability category.

It is a common drilling equipment in the natural gas extraction, mineral extraction,drilling water wells, construction, creating oil wells.

DTH drilling rigs can be equipped with diesel or electric motors according to different working conditions. During the rock drilling process, the impactor sneaks into the borehole, which can reduce the energy loss caused by the impact of the drill rod, thereby reducing the influence of the drilling depth on the borehole.

STRONG POWER HEAD
Rotary power head adopts planetary speed reducer and oscillating motor with foreign advanced technique. It moves stably with low speed and high torque.
It uses hydraulic cylinder and chain propulsion system. The feeding force is adjustable and lifting force is very big. There is Nylon plate between power head and mast to protect the contact side from wearing and also improve its working life.


RELIABLE POWER


Provide YC2108 diesel engine for this Drilling Rig.

Water tank and hydraulic oil radiator guarantees diesel and drilling rig hydraulic system operating safely and reliably.

Single connected gear pump provides driving force for propulsion system and rotating system respectively via diverter valve, The hydraulic system is more stalbe and reliable.



AIR LUBRICATOR
The specialized air lubricator atomize lubricant by using air source from compressor and send to hammer. It will lubricate and protect the hammer reliably and prolong the working life of hammer.

FLEXIBLE DRILL ARM
It has very flexible drill arm. The angle and the height of level hole can be adjusted by controling each cylinder. This will expand the drilling hole range and improve it applicability.


CENTRALIZED CONTROL SYSTEM


It features advanced hydraulic system and air way system, All actions are centralized controlled, easy and convenience.

Conducting hydraulic valve to realize different moves of drill arm, guarantee drilling rig stable and high efficiency for rock drilling.

The special designed unidirection throttle valve in the hydraulic system can realize stepless speed regulating for rotating, to increase applicability for various rock layers and work efficiency.



DIESEL PROTECTION SYSTEM


Natural inhaling system combines of desert air filter, second air filter and oil filter to improve the applicability for hostile environment and working life of diesel

The drilling rig also can use clean air source from Air Compressor and disconnect the natural inhaling way to protect diesel against dust and cuttings.

Unidirection throttle valve can adjust and stablize air inflow of diesel.

Air dryer can remove the water of air source of air compressor efficiently.
