Main features of Full Hydraulic Open-air Integrated DTH Drilling Rig
YKD-610 new generation internal combustion (electric) crawler hydraulic subsurface drilling machine is with better product performance, lower drilling cost and more humanized design.
The diesel engine (electric motor) and hydraulic oil pump set are used as the power unit, and the hydraulic motor can realize auxiliary actions such as turning, pushing, lifting, walking and positioning of the pendulum Angle of the hydraulic cylinder. During drilling operation of YKD-610, only the submersible impinger consumes compressed air.
Compared with the full pneumatic drill, the exhaust volume of auxiliary Air Compressor is reduced by 30%-50%, and the energy (fuel or electricity) consumption during drilling operation is about 40%-50%.
YKD-610 is equipped with a hydraulic dust removal system. Wet dust removal system can be selected if water is available at the site.
YKD-610 internal combustion crawler hydraulic drilling machine is mainly used for drilling and blasting hole operation in hydropower engineering, open pit mining, road construction and national defense engineering.
