Product introduction of Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig
1. The drilling machine adopts the world's first-class hydraulic products. The hydraulic circuit of the whole machine adopts the combination of closed (push-pull and rotary) circuit and open (auxiliary) load sensitive circuit, with high efficiency.
2. The operation valve set adopts electric control manual coordination, and the main control valve adopts imported American Sauer danfoss valves with high reliability.
3. The drill parameter display adopts the combination of the direct sense pointer and the electronic instrument, which makes the drill pressure, torque, speed, push-pull and other parameters clear.
4. The power head rotation is driven by imported French Poclain double low-speed and high-torque motor, and is equipped with two stepless speed regulation functions. The spindle is floating to protect the drill pipe screw.
5. The power head push-pull adopts four imported American Sauer danfoss motor and Dynamik reduction gear unit for combined driving, with pinion and rack type transmission at good stability.
6. Equipped with on-board operation room, heating and cooling air conditioning, comfortable working environment and convenient operation.
7. The spacing between calipers and shackles of the clamping shackle is adjustable, the shackle is automatically centering, the clamping device travels the whole journey, and the shackle is accurate, stable and reliable.
8. Adopt the imported South Korean Doosan reducer, with strong power and climbing ability.
